You need more revenue capacity
Pipeline is the constraint: not enough conversations, or not enough follow-through on the ones you have.
Nexoryl departments
Nexoryl operates 44 business functions as managed departments. Each one is designed around an outcome, staffed and trained by us, documented as process, run inside your systems and reported against agreed KPIs. Start with one function, or move several under one operating partner.
Definition
A Nexoryl department is a complete business function that we design, staff, document, manage and measure on your behalf. It is not a group of contractors placed into your organisation chart. The team is one of seven parts, and the other six are what make it an operation rather than extra headcount.
You define the work, supervise the individuals, absorb the training burden and own the result.
We define the structure, run the team, document the method and answer for the output against agreed measures.
This is what we mean by Department-as-a-Service: the function is bought as an outcome on a monthly retainer, not as hours or headcount. The same model applied to a narrower slice of work is Function-as-a-Service.
The full architecture
Search by function, by the tool you use or by the problem you are trying to solve — "support", "recruiting", "accounts" and "ads" all find the right department. Each one links to a page covering its responsibilities, team structure, KPIs and tooling.

Start from the problem
Most conversations start with a constraint rather than a job title. Find the pressure you are under, and the functions that usually relieve it.
Pipeline is the constraint: not enough conversations, or not enough follow-through on the ones you have.
Response times are slipping, quality is inconsistent, or coverage does not match when customers actually contact you.
The backlog is growing faster than the team, and hiring locally is slower or costlier than the roadmap allows.
Close takes too long, invoices age, hiring stalls and contracts sit waiting — high-volume work with no dedicated owner.
Channels are live but under-fed: publishing slips, campaigns are late, and nobody owns the production line.
Work that does not fit a standard job description — storefronts, marketplaces, claims, drawings, moderation or documentation.
If none of the 44 is an exact fit, the department can be designed from scratch. The build sequence — assess, design, recruit, document, operate, measure — is the same whether the function is common or specific to your business. Describe the function you need
Combinations
Most functions inherit work from the one before them. When related departments sit under a single operating partner, the handoffs are designed rather than negotiated — one set of SOPs, one escalation path, one reporting line.
Demand is created, captured, qualified and measured on one shared pipeline definition.
Delivery, testing and infrastructure run on the same release calendar and definition of done.
Response, retention and quality are scored against one standard instead of three separate ones.
Catalogue, channels, acquisition and post-purchase care operate off one product and promotion calendar.
Transactional finance and planning close the month on one control framework.
Pipelines, reporting and automation share one definition of every metric the business acts on.
Operating method
The same seven stages apply to every function on this page. The detail changes; the method does not. See the full engagement model
Structure, roles, coverage hours and reporting lines sized to the outcome you need.
Recruitment and assessment against a role profile written for your function.
Product, process and tooling training, then coaching as the function matures.
SOPs for every repeatable task, so the operation survives any individual leaving it.
A Nexoryl operations manager runs scheduling, workload, escalations and performance.
Output, quality, SLA adherence and process health reported on an agreed cadence.
Process change, automation and capacity planning as volumes and priorities shift.
A pilot on a single department, with a defined scope and KPI baseline, before anything else moves across.
Build your departmentMeasurement
KPIs are agreed before a department goes live and measured from your systems of record wherever possible, so performance can be verified independently. The examples below are typical starting points, not promised results.

Questions
Answers specific to the department model. Broader questions about pricing, security and delivery are covered on the How It Works page.
Nexoryl operates 44 business functions across five groups: Go-to-Market, Customer, Product & Engineering, Finance, HR & G&A, and Industry & Specialised. They range from sales, marketing and SEO to customer support, software engineering, finance, talent acquisition, ecommerce operations and healthcare revenue cycle. The full list is on this page, and each links to its own department page.
A complete business function that Nexoryl designs, staffs, documents, manages and measures on your behalf. It includes the objective, the team, the processes, the technology access, the management layer, quality assurance and the KPI reporting — not just the people.
Yes. The 44 functions listed are the ones we are asked for most often, not a fixed catalogue. If your function does not map cleanly to one of them, we design the structure, role profiles, SOPs and KPI set from scratch using the same build sequence.
Yes, and most partnerships do. A pilot on a single function with a defined scope, team size and KPI baseline is the normal starting point. Additional functions move across only once the first department is performing.
Yes. A department frequently takes a defined layer of a function that your in-house team already owns — a tier, a shift, a region or a queue. Boundaries, handoffs and escalation paths are documented during the design stage so ownership is never ambiguous.
Each department has a Nexoryl operations manager responsible for scheduling, workload, escalations, quality assurance, coaching and performance. You deal with one accountable point of contact rather than supervising individuals.
KPIs are agreed before go-live and measured from your systems of record wherever possible, so the numbers can be verified independently of us. Reporting covers output, quality, SLA adherence and process health on a cadence agreed with your stakeholders.
Yes. Related functions are often run as one engine — marketing, lead generation, sales and revenue operations, for example — under a single set of SOPs, one escalation path and one reporting line, which removes the handoff negotiation between separate providers.
Yes. Departments work inside your CRM, helpdesk, ERP, project management, cloud and collaboration platforms under access you approve. We do not ask clients to migrate to our tooling, and your systems stay the source of truth.
Staffing places people and returns day-to-day management to you. A BPO usually executes a fixed task scope against a volume or hourly contract. Nexoryl designs the operating model itself — structure, SOPs, tooling, QA and the KPI framework — retains management of the team, and remains accountable for the function's output.
